About JOL
What we do
JOL is a nightlife discovery and ticketing platform for Cape Town, expanding to other South African cities. Venues and event organisers list their events on JOL. You browse, save, and reserve or buy tickets, with card payments processed securely by Paystack.
Who runs JOL
JOL is operated by Cape Fynbos Talents (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/847195/07, based in Woodstock, Cape Town.
Pricing
Ticket and VIP table prices are set by each venue or organiser and shown in rand (ZAR). Online payments include a service fee of 4% plus R2, shown before you pay — the total on the checkout button is what you pay. The service fee covers card processing and is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. JOL also earns a 5% commission from the organiser's payout.
